Brenna Noonan @ Quillsilver Studio: The main reason we use Taskade is because we're a small business with only 3 employees, but each of us is highly specialized - therefore we don't always have a good handle on what the others are doing. This was becoming a real problem as we were trying to book jobs further and further in advance but had little visibility on the status of all company projects. I'm a project management geek, but my colleagues are not - other options like ClickUp were too heavy for my colleagues, but simpler programs like Trello weren't giving me the insights and visibility I needed. I've tried many different task organization systems and I think Taskade is the best. It's flexible and intuitive. The software doesn't get in the way of designing a project - large or small - in the best way possible for that particular project. I love collapsable node design. I've been a long-time user of Dynalist, and before that Workflowy, and collapsable nodes are very fast and efficient. But Dynalist and Workflowy and not great for teams. They are best for personal use. Taskade brings that node functionality, plus a lot more, and makes it work well for teams. In my opinion, a task manager should be flexible and simple enough that you would prefer to use it than not to. Most other systems I have tried feel like a chore. No so with Taskade. Yuri at 4Dezigner: I am a freelance designer and I use Taskade to monitor tasks, invite each client into projects and explain the basic features of Taskade. I have a curious case. One of my clients has a client database that he maintains in Excel. He has tried many times to migrate it to CRM, but each time he has encountered the insurmountable complexity of these systems and the abundance of features that take a long time to set up. There is a term "high threshold of entry" - this high requirement has stopped my client every time. So once again this customer ordered a project from me. As usual, I developed the project in Taskade from my own templates and provided a link to access. We worked hard for a few weeks, completing tasks in Taskade, launching new projects, highlighting tasks, setting deadlines, running small bases through the specification, doing approvals of finished results, etc. After a few weeks of working together in Taskade, the client realised that this was exactly the tool they needed for working with their client base. Toby Lim: at the end of 2023 I was interested in learning more about AI and not having an IT background I was very lost at where I should start.
